Solution :-

Finding Difference of 8(2/3) and 2(5/6) first,

→ (26/3) - (17/6)

→ (26*2 - 17) /6

→ (52 - 17)/6

→ (35/6)

now, let us assume that, the required fraction is x .

so,

→ x * (35/6) = 1

→ x = (6/35) (Ans.)

Hence, required fraction is (6/35) .

Given : Product of fraction and difference of 8 2/3  and 2 5/6  is 1

To Find : Fraction

Solution:

difference of 8 2/3  and 2 5/6

8 2/3 = 26/3  = 52/6

2 5/6 =  17/6

52/6 - 17/6

= 35/6

35/6  * fraction = 1

=> Fraction = 6/35

Hence required fraction is 6/35
