Lets, total work is 1.
Then Ranjon 24 day takes to complit 1.
so , 1 day work he complit 1/24 of the part.

And Amit takes 30 days to complit the work.
so, 1 day work of Amit is 1/30 part of the work.

So, Both boys 1 day work is 1/24+1/30 = 9/120.
so we can say,.
9/120 part of can be done in 1 day.
so full part (1 ) can be done by = 120/9 days.=13+1/3 days.

work done by amit in a day  = 1/30
work done by both in a day  = 1/24 + 1/30 = 54/720
thus, no. of days taken by both =720/54 = 13.33 days = 13 days and 8 hours
2) work done by ravi in a hour = 1/15
 work done by raman in a hour= 1/12
work done by both in a hour    = 1/15 + 1/12 =27/180
no. of hours needed = 180/27 = 6.6666666667 hours=6 hours and 40minutes
