Step-by-step explanation:

given that,

  • APB is a equilateral triangle
  • ABCD is a square

Prove that,

  • Triangle APD ~= triangle BPC
  • Angle APD = 15

Proof,

APB is a equilateral triangle

AP = BP = AB

angle APB = Angle PAB = Angle PBA = 60

ABCD is a square

AB = BC = CD = DA

all angle is 90

in triangle APD and in triangle BPC

  • AP= BP
  • angle PAD= AnglePBC
  • AD= BC

triangle APD =~ triangle BPC

by SAS congruent rule

AD= AP

so, Angle ADP= Angle APD

Angle A + angle APD + angle ADP = 180

Angle sum property

150 + 2 angle APD = 180

2 angle APD = 30

angle APD = 15

Hence proved
