Answer is b as we see this acc to year then all are leap years and divisible by 4 and 2010 where 10 is not divisible by 4

Last 10 is not divisible by 4 and rest of the last 2 numbers are divisible by 4 and that's why 20010 is not divisible by 4 and is not a leap year

Option (b) is odd one. because 2004, 2008 , 2012 are divisible at table of four where only 2010 is the digit which is not divisible by four . that is why we can say that 2010 is odd One.
