as you have read in classes that in parallel voltage is same...

given that - v = 6volt

R1 = 3 ohm

R2 = 6 ohm

a) so by parallel combination

1/Req = 1/R1 + 1/R2 = 1/3 + 1/6

1/Req = 3 / 6 = 1/2

Req = 2 ohm

b) by ohms law

V = I X R

I = V / R = 6 / 2 = 3Ampere

c) by ohms law

V = I X r

I = V/r = 6 / 3

I = 2 ampere
