My Opinions on the harmful of E - Waste ;-
I feel that e-waste is damaging our environment in a very serious way. The waste is not being recycled properly, and as the third world countries strip away the useful materials by burning the electronics, their health is in great danger. After watching the video on e-waste in class, I realized that these conditions are not safe for living for the people in third world countries. The contaminants aren't just in the air, but also end up on food people eat, and products they use. Even little children are being exposed to these dangers. I also feel that people should take better responsibility for our earth, and help reduce the problem by reducing, reusing, and recycling. If we all work together as a team, we can solve the e-waste problem for a better, healthier planet to live on.
