Since n is the transversal of l and m the alternate interior angles are equal.
Therefore angle 1=angle 2
5x-10=3x+60
5x-3x=60+10
2x=70
x=70/2=35
Angle 1=Angle 2=5x-10=5(35)-10=175-10=165°
Hence angle 1=165° and angle 2=165°

l and m lines are parallel and n is transversal.
According to alternative interior angle theorem
angle 1 and 2 are equal.
5x -10 = 3x+ 60
5x-3x=60+10
2x=70
x=70/2=35

Angle 1=5x-10
=5*35-10
Angle 1 = 165° =angle 2 (alternative interior angles)
