ANSWER

since AB||DC

so angle A + angle B = 180 ....... 1

and angle B + angle C = 180 ........ 2

now ratio of angle A

angle B

= 2/3 = 2x/3x

where x is a constant

put it in 1

2x +3x = 180

5x = 180

x = 36

similarly

4y + 5y = 180

9y = 180

y = 20

so our angles are

angle A = 2x = 2× 36 = 72 degree

angle B = 3 x = 3 × 36 = 108

angle c = 4 × 20 = 80

angle D = 5 × 20 = 100

Answer: ABCD is a quadrilateral

AB ll CD

2x+3x =180 (linear pair)

5x =180

x =36

therefore, 2x=2.36=72

                 3x =3.36 =108

4y+5y=180

9y =180

y=20

therefore, 4y =4.20=80

                 5y =5.20=100
