Answer:

No Men are Foreign Summary – This poem ‘No Men are Foreign’ is all about human beings. Also, it tells that every human being that lives on this earth are brothers and are same. Moreover, we all have some kind of body and needs sun, air, water, and clothes to cover us. We all walk the land and feed ourselves with the harvest of this earth. Upon death, people will bury us in this same land. In addition, we all do work and sleep and wake up, loves, and wants to love in return for others. But we (human beings) hate each other and because of this, we live on by hating and fighting with one another. Further, it is humans who pollute the environment by taking into consideration its bad impact on other people.

Answer:

The poem No Men Are Foreign by James Falconer Kirkup illustrates why no person is a stranger and no country is foreign.

We wear different clothes but underneath we have the same body of flesh, blood, and bones. We live in different countries, speak different languages, believe in different religions, yet we are all citizens of the same planet.

All people breathe, sleep, wake up, eat, and work. Sooner or later they die and are buried. The sun, air, and water are equally essential for everyone. There is no difference between human beings.

We prosper, our harvest is bountiful and there will be no starvation when there is peace in the land. Wars bring destruction and everyone suffers in the same manner.

The poem encourages us to strengthen our common bond of humanity and live together in harmony.
