Answer: Both the lines are parallel so these lines are inconsistent( Have no solution)

Solution:

Green line = > 6x+10y = 4

10y = 4 - 6x \\ \\ y = \frac{4 - 6x}{10} \\ \\ y = \frac{2 - 3x}{5} \\ \\ put \: x = 0 \\ \\ y = \frac{2}{5} \: \: \: (0 ,\: \frac{2}{5}) \\ \\ put \: x = - 1 \\ \\ y = \frac{5}{5} = 1 \: \: \: ( - 1, \: 1) \\ \\ put \: x = 4 \\ \\ y = \frac{ - 10}{5} \: \: \: \: \: \: (4 ,\: - 2) \\ \\

Blue line=> 3x+5y = -11

5y = -11- 3x \\ \\ y = \frac{-11- 3x}{5} \\ \\ put \: x = 0 \\ \\ y = \frac{-11}{5} \: \: \: (0 ,\: \frac{-11}{5}) \\ \\ put \: x = - 1 \\ \\ y = \frac{-8}{5} = 1 \: \: \: ( - 1 ,\: \frac{-8}{5}) \\ \\ put \: x = 4 \\ \\ y = \frac{ 1}{5} \: \: \: \: \: \: (4, \: \frac{1}{5}) \\ \\

Now draw these points and join to find the lines.

Hope it helps you.
