Steps :

Step 1 : First draw a coordinate plane (as shown in the picture)

Step 2 : Consider,

• $\sf{P\:(x\:=\:-3),\:(y\:=\:2)}$,
• $\sf{Q\:(x\:=\:-7),\:(y\:=\:-3)}$,
• $\sf{R\:(x\:=\:6),\:(y\:=\:-3)}$,
• $\sf{S\:(x\:=\:2),\:(y\:=\:2)}$.

Step 3 : Find points in the coordinate plane.

Step 4 : Mark the points.

Step 5 : Join the points.

Hence, PQRS is the required Figure (Trapezium) .
