We know that ,
- Acceleration = a
- final velocity = v
- initial velocity = u
- time interval = t
→ a = ( v - u ) / t
- v = 40 m
- u = 0 m
- t = 10 sec
→ a = ( 40 - 0 ) / 10
→ a = 40 / 10
→ a = 4 m/s²
