this is a creative question, so you might want to think of a scenario that could happen after this. here's a few ideas to get you started.
1.) someone leaves to investigate, but goes missing.
2.) you become friends with the other passengers and wait for the train to be fixed.
3.) there's no heat on the train, and the cold slowly begins to creep in on the passengers, leaving them to their own devices to stay warm.
because this question is basically writing a whole story, i'd recommend just using your imagination a bit, and seeing where it goes from there.
