comparing the two triangles BDC and BDA
BD+BD[common]
CD=DA[given]
angle BDA= angle BDC[ as it is given BD bisects angle CDA]
Hence by SAS congruence the two triangles are congruent to each other.

actually there is a property that once the two triangles are congruent then remaining sides and angles will also be congruent
