Answer:

\huge\colorbox{yellow}{Given\:-}

The rectangular formed by the path and the field is 200 m × 60 m

\huge\colorbox{yellow}{To\:Find\:-}

• The area of the path

• The cost of constructing the path at ₹ 15 per m

\huge\colorbox{yellow}{Solution\:-}

 \small\underbrace\mathrm\red{Using\:formula}

\boxed{Area\:of\:rectangle = length \times breadth}

A T Q,

Length = 200 - 10 = 190 m

Breadth = 60 - 10 = 50 m

Area = l × b = 9500 m

Area of outer path = Total area - Inner area

 = 200 \times 60 - 9500

 = 12000 - 9500

\pink{ =  > 2500 \:  {m}^{2}}

The cost of constructing the path

 = 2500 \times 15

\pink{ =  > 37500}
