Ozone depletion is caused specially by the green house gas which includes methane.
The carbon in the methane combines with the ozone and starts depleting it without getting the carbon destroyed.
Due to ozone depletion the uv rays can get into the atmosphere of earth and cause skin and eye cancer, skin irritation and other fatal diseases.

Acid rain is caused by the sulphuroxide and dioxide released by the automobiles. The sulphur dioxide combines with the rain water and affects its ph value making it acidic in nature.
These rain when falls on the ground makes the soil infertile, damages the plants, causes marble cancer (making of marble yellow by acid is called marble cancer), skin diseases and when it falls on human it can prove itself as injurious as well as fatal.
