Today was a wonderful day! A few months ago, I attempted the Science Olympiad examination. I worked very hard for it. I stayed up all night studying. And finally today the results came in! I was super excited. I had waited for this for a long time. Today, in the assembly the teachers were going to announce the winners. When they said my name, I couldn't believe it! I had won first place! It was like a dream come true! When I came home, I surprised my mom with the medal. She was so proud of me that she announced it to all our friends and family! It was the best day ever!
