let the no.s be x, x+1,x+2.

given,

(x+1)^2 = (x)^2 - (x+2)^2 + 60

x^2 + 2x + 1 = x^2 - ( x^2 + 4x + 4) +60

x^2 + 4x + 2x + 1 + 4 - 60 = 0

x^2 + 6x - 55 = 0

x^2 + 11x - 5x - 55 = 0

x ( x + 11 ) -5 ( x + 11 ) = 0

( x + 11 ) ( x - 5 ) = 0

therefore x = 5 (since x = -11 is not possible)

therefore the no.s are 5,6,7.

hope it was helpful............
