it can be 0, 3,6,9....as the multiple of 3 can be found out when the sum of the digits of the number is divisible by 3

Sum of digits = 3 + 1 + z + 5
= 9 + z.
Hence, 9 + z should be a multiple of 9.
When z = 0:
9 + 0 = 9(Divisible)
When z = 1:
9 + 1 = 10(Not Divisble)
When z = 3
9 + 1 = 12(Not Divisible)
When z = 6
9 + 1 = 15(Not divisible)
When z = 9
9 + 9 = 18(Divisible).
Hence the values of z = 0 or 9.
Hope this helps!
