As The whole power is 0
So the answer of Ques 3 = 0
Moving on to Ques 2

When we take p(x) = 1
Then , p(x) = 1 + 4/1 to the power 3/2
= 1+4 to the power 3/2
= 1+2 to the power 3 {4= 2sq. and 2 cuts 2}
= 3 to the power 3
Which is 27 .
