The roads are parallel to length and breadth and the width is 5m

Therefore, Area of road parallel to length = 75×5=350(area = length ×breadth)

Area of road parallel to breadth = 45×5=225(area = length×breadth)

Area of both cross roads = 200 +350= 550( because the centre, which is also the point of intersection, is common for both roads so we will take it only for one road and subtract its area from the other road)

Area of park= 70×45= 3150
