2 . Japan became a developed country despite being poor in natural resources :
(i) They have invested in human resources.
(ii) They import the required resources for their industries.
(iii) Efficiency of the people has made the country rich.
(iv) The latest technology has helped in the development.
(v) They have invested in the field of health and education.
3 . unemployment means when a man is qualified and ready to work but is not finding any work.it is a big threat in our country.
it can be disguised which means if there is a peice of land and only need 5 persons to work on it but there are 8 persons working on it just because they are getting no work or they are from the same family this can affect the income of the individual from the 8
or it can be seasonal unemployment which means people do not construct houses in rainy season
so the labourers do not get work in rainy season
so disguised is mostly in villages but seasonal can be in bothin in villages and in cities
4 . Today unemployment is considered one of the most threating problem before the country.unemployment said to be exist when people who are willing to do work at current prevalling wages cannot find work.unemployment problem signifies the wastage of human resources.

.it reduced the production loss caused by unemployment.
.it also effect the efficiency of workers.
.it increase economic overload as well as on family and country also.
.it create tension frustration depression among people
for e.g if unemployment is high among the educated person the quantum of wastage of resources will be greater.this due to investments in education and skill formation as well created frustration and feeling of hopelessness.india has spend a lot of money on education every year and those person who should have been assets for the economy have turned into liability and he is not using money and land ,become a burden and wastage of important human resource.
