a) mix the mixture in water. sugar dissolves.. take filter paper and let the solution pass through it.. glass powder gets separated.. evaporate rest if the solution.. water evaporates leaving sugar..
b) bring a magnet close to it.. iron filings gets attracted to it and both gets separated..
c) sieve the mixture.. chaff being lighter, separates from comparatively heavy grains.
