ANS 1 ) During a national emergency, many Fundamental Rights of Indian citizens can be suspended. The six freedoms under Right to Freedom are automatically suspended. By contrast, the Right to Life and Personal Liberty cannot be suspended according to the original Constitution.

In India, the two fundamental rights i.e., Protection in respect of conviction of offences and right to life and personal liberty cannot be suspended for ever. Other fundamental rights can be suspended during National Emergency during wat, external aggression, armed rebellion and internal disturbances.

ANS 2 ) There are different provision in Constitution to ensure equality of all citizens:-

Fundamental rights that ensure the equality for a person irrespective of their caste, creed, religion etc. It brings a sense of political and social equality.

DPSP is a moral obligation over executive and it have provision regarding equality in the economic sense like fair and wages etc.

Then fundamental duties, which a moral and obligation over citizens which have a provision like respect others privacy (actually it is not mention in exact terms but you can interpret this).

4.Right to vote, freedom of movement etcs.

Apart from that Constitution itself is a source of equality as it derives it's authority from us only.
