hey i acn give you vetter explanation without paper also

see here,

let z be the angle behind the 135

now they are on the same adjacent line

so z=180-135=45

now say y to the angle behind 110

now y=180-110=70

now by exterior opposite angle sum formula of triangle

we have x=45+70=115ans
