According to me it is that the whole area is covered with water
Due to this water the area is a trouble for people and they will not be able to live their life comfortably
Also water makes the land below it saline and if also after some time the water rushes out of this town or city nobody would prefer to live there . Especially the people who depend on agriculture/ farming for their livelihood as the soil has turned saline and they won’t be able to do or crop anything on that land
So the people would it like a difficulty in living in that place
