11. Potential Difference = Work done / Charge

V = W / Q

GIVEN

Potential Difference = 6V

Work Done = Energy = W

Charge Q = 1C

∴ Potential Difference = Work done / Charge

V = W / Q

6V = W / 1

6*1 = W

Work = Energy = 6 J

12.  The resistance of a conductor depends on the area of cross-section of the conductor. Actually, the resistance of a conductor is inversely proportional to the area of cross-section of the conductor. Material: The resistance of a conductor depends on the nature of material of the conductor.

Answer:

Ans12. The resistance of a conductor depends upon 4 factors -

1. Length of wire of conductor

2. Area of cross section

3.Nature of material

4. Temperature

Ans11. V =W / Q

6 = W /1

W= 6 Joule

Hope this helps you!
