A certain state has 84 constituencies. When the results of the Assembly elections were declared, it was found:

Party A got 52 MLAs elected, Party B got 17 MLAs elected, Party C got 3 MLAs elected, Other parties got 7 MLAs elected, Independent were 5 in all.

From the above data find the:

the service for health that is provided by the government and that comes under the government 's policy. hence , government provides public health in free of cost. governments try to put the best doctors in health service.

the service for health that is provided by any company or private body. hair the people required money and hence it is providing better health facility then public health service.

government provides many schemes and health facility to the poor people because the poor people doesn't have money to spend on their health. when many doctors like vergish provides health facility to the poor in free of cost.
