the length of this line is 12 as the ball takes 6 seconds to reach the wall and 6 seconds to come back to is original position. so total time is 12 seconds as the velocity is constant.
as we know the area under this graph gives distance covered as the differential of distance wrt time is velocity.
so area =12*10= 120 meter.
now for second part the displacement is a vector quantity and we are concerned only about the initial and final positions of the ball .
