Joining Q to S will break this quadrilateral into two triangles. Each triangle has the sum of its angles as 180°. So, two triangles will have the sum of their angles as 2 × 180° = 360°.

In ∆PQS :-

<P + <PQS + <PSQ = 180° ---(1)

{angle sum property of a triangle}

In ∆QRS :-

<R + <RQS + <RSQ = 180° ---(2)

{angle sum property of a triangle}

Adding (1) & (2) :-

<P + <R + (<PQS + <RQS) + (<PSQ + <RSQ) = 360°

<P + <R + <Q + <S = 360°

or, <P + <Q + <R + <S = 360°

- Q.E.D.

Hope, it'll help you.....
