= 4 + 2 = 6 kg.

Now as we know that,

F = ma

where,

  • F = net force
  • m = mass and
  • a = acceleration.

So, acceleration = Net force/total mass

\implies a = F/m

\implies  {m_2} a = 400/6

\implies a = 66.6 m/s^{2} (approx).
