PLS ANSWER I WILL GIVE 10 POINTS AND MARK U BRAINLIEST. I HAVE MY EXAMS PLS TELL ME-
We harvest kharif crop in october. then why we do not get mango, litchi,melon(kharif) crops after harvest only. why we do not get it fresh.why we have store it for a long time. spinach is also a kharif crop then how are we able to get spinach during jan-feb( in winters) PLS UNDERSTAND THE QUES. PLS PLS.

kharif crop may get delayed since wet weather get slower the harvesting process.rain also affecting the post harvesting operation of the crop such as drying and storing.
some people also said that moisture damage the standing crop due to rain.

in october harvesting were started not completed.
harvesting is slower due to rain.

Because mango,litchi n melon have 2 give time 4r ripening after harvest also but in the other hand spinach don't need any time 2 ripen...
