Answer:

option (c)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

Length of cloth Manoj bought=

2 \frac{3}{8}  =  \frac{19}{8}  \\

Length of cloth Rakesh bought=

3 \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{7}{2}  \\

Length of cloth Rekha bought=

3 \frac{1}{4}  =  \frac{13}{4}  \\

To find:-

Total length of cloth bought by them.

Solution:-

Total number of cloth bought = Cloth bought by Manoj+ Cloth bought by Rakesh + Cloth bought by Rekha

=> 19/8+7/2+13/4

LCM of 8,2,4= 8

19/8 × 1/1= 19/8

7/2× 4/4= 28/8

13/4× 2/2= 26/8

19+28+26/8

=> 73/8

 =  \geqslant 9 \frac{1}{8}
