Hi mate.

Thanks Thanks for asking this question.

Here is your answer,

Here,

It is an example of a dihybrid cross.

Let.

BBHH is the genotype of the parent having brown eyes and straight hair.

bbhh is the genotype of the parent having blue eyes and curly hair.

According to the cross we get F1 generation (see the first picture of F1 generation) .

The all offspring in F 1 generation has brown eyes and straight hairs.

After that, we need to the formation of the gametes for the selfing of F 1 generation (picture number second)

Then we cross the F 1 generation by selfing (picture number 3) . And we get four types of the gametes.

After the selfing we can cross the gametes formed by the checker board method ( see in the picture number 4*).

After this cross, we get a 16 different offspring having genotype is,

Brown eyes and straight hair = 9

Brown eyes and curly hair = 3

Blue eyes and straight hair = 3

Blue eyes and curly hair = 1

Therefore the phenotypic ratio of f2 generation is 9:3:3:1

And the genotypic ratio is 1:2:2:4:1:2:1:2:1

Thank you
