 Cos\:45°\:=\: \frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}

 Sec\:45°\:=\: \sqrt{2}

 Sin\:30°\:=\: \frac{1}{2}

Substituting the value in the above question

 {cos}^{2} 45  \degree + 3 {sec}^{2} 45 \degree -  {sin}^{2}30 \degree

 \leadsto {( \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} } )}^{2}  + 3(  { \sqrt{2} )}^{2}  -  { (\frac{1}{2} )}^{2}

 \leadsto \frac{1}{2}  + 3 \times 2 -  \frac{1}{4}

 \leadsto \frac{1}{2}  + 6 -  \frac{1}{4}

 \leadsto \frac{2 + 24 - 1}{4}

 \leadsto \frac{25}{4}

OR

 \leadsto6.25

Hope it helps......

Give me 30 thanks.......
