heya Mate.. here's ur answer...

first divide 6x4 +7x3+26x2-25x+25 by 3x2 -x + 4 ...i. e..

3x2-x+4)6x4+7x3+26x2-25x +25(

(now carry on urself till the power of remainder is smaller than the power of divisior)

the remainder will be the required number which when subtracted from 6x4+7x3+26x2-25x+25 so that it is divisible by 3x2-x+4..

hope this helps you...

thanks..

Step-by-step explanation:

f(x) = 6x⁴ + 7x³ + 26x² - 25x + 25

g(x) = 3x² - x + 4

Long Division Method:

3x² - x + 4) 6x⁴ + 7x³ + 26x² - 25x + 25 (2x² + 3x + 7

                  6x⁴ - 2x³ + 8x²

                  ----------------------------------------

                              9x³ + 18x² - 25x + 25

                              9x³ - 3x² + 12x

                   --------------------------------------------

                                       21x² - 37x + 25

                                       21x² - 7x + 28

                     ----------------------------------------------

                                                   -30x - 3

∴ Remainder = -30x - 3.

-30x - 3 must be subtracted from f(x) so that it is divisible by g(x).

Hope it helps!
