1 Mr. Amandeep Singh is the member of Rajya Sabha. He has prepared a list of charge against the President. He want to send  a NOTICE to the president. The NOTICE must be signed as least by ...... 63 (¼ Rajya Sabha).... member's

2  The Notice was send to 5/5/05  . It will be taken up for consideration on 20/5/05 ( after 14 days)

3) A resolution to Impeach the president has to be passed by a 2/3 majority that means ....167 Rajya sabha's members should favor the resolution

4) Now if the resolution has been passed. It will be sent to Lok Sabha  (second house)

5) If lok sabha also approves the charges by a 2/3 majority the impeachment is finalized.

According to Article 61 of the Constitution, the President can be deposed by impeachment on violation of constitution. Impeachment can be brought to any House of Parliament. For the permission to run the impeachment, the signature of the prosecution member is signed by 1/4

14 days after the receipt of the proposal in the House, it will be considered in the House adjudging the suit. The indictment will be forwarded to the 2nd house, approved by 2/3 members

If the second house is passed by 2/3 majority, then the President will be deemed to be dismissed from the date of acceptance of the proposal.
