raman was coming home from his friend shyam's house one night. the friends had an study party of some sorts. by the time raman reached adarsh bus stop just half-an-hour away from his house, he checked his watch which showed a time of 8:30 pm. he was petrified(scared) about his parent's scolding and then he remembered that his parent's had gone for one week to manali and so he breathed a sigh of relief. he phone ramu dada, their house servant, on dada's mobile and requested him to tell his mom,after she phoned in about 15 mins, that he was asleep. ramu dada agreed and asked raman where he was and by what time he would come home . raman informed him that he was at the bus stop and would take him half an hour to come home. dada then inquired whether ram had eaten anything at shyam's house . raman answered in negative and dada said he would the re-heat the kadhi-chawal from that afternoon. both say the "farewell" greeting and
