1.mouth----saliva----break down starch and glycogen to maltose
2.Oesophagus---Amylase-----also act on the starch glycogen in the chewed food
3,Stomach----gastric gland(pepsin)------act on protein
4.Liver----bile------emulsify fat by breaking into small globules
5.Pancrease----pancreatic juice-----split polysaccharides,break down fat and protein
6.Small intestine-----intestinal juice---breaks small peptides into amino acids,disaccharides into monosaccharides,lipids into fatty acid and glycerol.
