hey dude ur ans is here :--

just u first find the length of the hypotenuse that is of BC.

so, on using pythagoras theorem :


==) BC = 14 ROOT 2 CM.


and then we would find the area of right triangle ABC.


= 1/2 × 14 × 14 = 98 cm^2...............(i).


after that we would find , the area of semicircle having diameter 14 root 2 cm.


= 154 cm^2................. (ii).


now , on we would find the area of sector ABC having radius 14 cm.


= 154 cm^2 .



so , now finally , the area of shaded region =

= { (154 + 98) - 154} cm^2.

= 98cm^2.
