Explanation:

When user enters 6.4, the pH value is less than 7.0, it will show that "it's acidic!" .

The same thing happens when user enters 3.4. Although pH level of 3.4 in ACTUAL CASES is strong acid, in this program, it will always print "its acidic!"for all pH values under 7.0. If it's more, it will print "Its a strong acid!"
