SINCE THE GIVEN SEQUENCE IS IN AP.

THEREFORE, D1=D2

=> A2-A1 = A3-A2

2P-2Q = Q-2P

2P+2P=Q+2Q

4P=3Q

P=3Q ÷ 4

NOW, 2P = 2 × 3Q÷4

=> 2P=3Q÷2

=> P=3Q÷4
