 ({ \frac{3}{5} })^{ - 7}  \times ( { \frac{3}{5} })^{7}  \\  =  ({ \frac{5}{3} })^{7}  \times  ({ \frac{3}{5} })^{7}  \\  as \: the \: power \: is \: same \: bases \: \\ would \: be \: multiplied \: and \: when \\ we \: multiply \: the \: bases \:  \frac{5}{3}  \: and \:  \frac{3}{5}  \: both   \\ will \: cancel \: out \: each \: other \: and \: answer \:  \\ becomes \:  {1}^{7}  \: which \: is \: equals \: to \: 1 \\  \\ so \: the \: final \: answer \: is \: 1.
