log( x+2) = log (x - 40)^2
x+2 = x^2 +1600 - 80*x
x^2 - 81x + 1598 = 0
(x-47)(x-34) =0
x=47 and 34
using
log(a) - log (b) =log (a/b)
log (a) + log (b) = log (a*b)
