n = ?
We know that : A = P ( 1 + r / 100 )ⁿ
==> Rs 7290 = Rs 6250 ( 1 + 8 / 100)ⁿ
==> 729 / 625 = [ ( 100 + 8 ) / 100 ]ⁿ
==> 729 / 625 = ( 108 / 100 )ⁿ
==> 729 / 625 = ( 27 / 25 )ⁿ
==> ( 27 / 25 )² = ( 27 / 25 )ⁿ
Comparing the powers when bases are equal :
n = 2
The time is 2 years

Means we have to find (n).
We know that A=p (1+r/100)^n
6250=7290 (1+8/100)^n
=(6250/7290)^2=(1+8/100)^n
=(729/625)^2=[(100+8)/100]^n
=(729/625)^2= (27/25)^n
★So by comparing the powers we get that time (n)=2 years
