dv/dt =1-2v
1/(1-2v)dv =dt
Now integrated both sides
1/2*-ln(1-2v) =t
1-2v =e^-2t
V =1/2*(1-e^-2t)
So option D is the right answer

the motion of a body falling from rest in a medium is given by equation \frac{dv}{dt}=1-2v

\frac{dv}{dt}=1-2v\\\\dv=(1-2v)dt\\\\\\\int\limits^v_0{\frac{1}{1-2v}}\,dv=\int\limits^t_0dt\\\\\\\left[\frac{-1}{2}ln|1-2v|\right]^v_0=t\\\\1-2v=e^{-2t}\\\\v=\frac{1}{2}(1-e^{-2t})

hence, option (4) is correct.
