firstviewer: you can imagine of a semicircle having radius 36cm and another two semicircle having radius 9cm and in be that you can't take the circle having radius 4.5cm it'll be 2.25 cm ie. half of 4.5cm, you can go through the diagram making on you copy having fixed measurements
