The child loses because of himself. he shows his interest in many things that came in his way . He was so fascinated by them that he did not realised when he was seperated by his parents. he realised it when he dicided to make a bold request to his parents to swing on a round about and did not got any ans from their side then he realised that he was seperated from his parents.

in this case parents are not responsible because the child is not currently able to find out what is right for him..so his parents should be responsible by taking care of their child and don't let their child to wander here and there without his parents knowing .....
