Answer:So let us take alpha=2/3 × beta

So product of roots,

alpha×beta=8/3

So 2/3 × beta × beta=8/3

(beta)^2 = 4

beta = 2 and alpha = 4/3

So k/3 = sum of roots = -(4/3 +2)

Therefore, k = -10
