Given,
Mass=2Kg
time=2sec.
Displacement=x=t³/3
x =  \frac{1 }{3} t ^{3}
Now,instantaneous Velocity=
 \frac{d}{dt} ( \frac{ {t}^{3} }{3} ) \\  =  \frac{3}{3}  {t}^{2} \\  =  {t}^{2}
Instantaneous Acceleration=
 \frac{d}{dt}  {t}^{2}  = 2t

Now in Acceleration in:
the First sec.=2×1=2
the Second sec. =2×2=4.

So Total Acceleration=2×4=8

So Force=mass×acceleration
→Force=2×8=16J

I think This is How you solve The Question...
